From the first phone call to the last box being set down, John's Moving & Storage made our move feel effortless. The crew showed up on time, treated our stuff like it was their own, and never once made us feel rushed, even when we had more boxes than expected. We moved locally within Raleigh, and I was dreading it, but they were calm, professional, and even kind when I was visibly stressed. They wrapped our furniture with care, navigated tight corners like pros, and not a single item was damaged or missing. I was especially impressed with how they handled our piano -- I've moved a few times and no one has done it this smoothly.
